Turn off your Xbox 360 console by pressing and holding the Xbox Guide button for 3 seconds. Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord and wait 5 minutes. Plug in your console and press the guide button on your controller to power on your console. Clear the cache on Xbox 360 console.
